This is the email you want to send it to. The official email of the registrar that hosts the ebook-tree site. When you send an email to this site, if they fail to comply they will/can face legal action. It is like youtube, which hosts content. They are obligated to take down TV shows and Movies when nailed with a DMCA. And if they don’t you are within grounds to sue, so long as you are the copyright holder. 

To make a long story short, the site will probably ignore you. 

The people HOSTING that site?
