‘Ω’ and I’ll tell you what my character(s) thinks of yours.

Lestat, as much as he is pained to admit it (to himself), still very much longs for Louis by his side. Even after all that has happened between the two of them, he still feels deeply connected to him and constantly craves for his companionship. But his pride and vanity will forever be his downfall, and he’ll be very hard-pressed to admit that to Louis. After all, he can’t bare the thought of being seen as ‘weak’ because of his love for Louis.

♛ and I’ll summarize our muses’ relationship with a gif.

(In which Louis tries to reason with Lestat and he lashes out like a brat)

Also bonus reaction for Lestat:

✖ and I will give you a fear that my character has in dealing with yours

Oh, he has many fears. Most of which happened in the span of Interview with the Vampire. But his biggest fear is that one day Louis will forget him entirely and never spare another thought for him.

ooc; HAHA, the last point is funny because one of the things that irritates Louis the most is that he feels as though he’s Lestat’s “go-to.”  He tells himself it doesn’t involve any sort of jealousy (tells himself that), but he has this constant frustration with the idea of dependency upon Lestat in any way, even if emotional, and to him, being that person that’s “always there” almost seems like an example of it.

Louis was very wounded in Tale of the Body Thief, I feel, when it was a side thought that Lestat mention to him that suicide attempt.  Which, besides the fact that it did hurt him that it had been David and not himself that had been the one to know, the thought that Lestat could have died and he would have never been given a farewell bothered Louis so.fucking.much.  It broke his heart and angered him at the same time.  But, of course, Louis recognizes that he’s quite regularly the one to betray Lestat. ): Although in his defense he thought he was doing the “good deed” by refusing Lestat in that particular book.

He just hates thinking that Lestat goes and has a rendezvous with Dora, Rowan, Mona, or whoever, and then when he’s all lonely, guess who’s showing up on Louis’ doorstep?

Louis actually gets pissed off with himself from time to time regarding how much he thinks of Lestat.

I made a thing.Behold.
