Well! This is a good topic! I’ve been wanting to do a masterpost on it for awhile so I hope you don’t mind my jumping in and doing it here… Anyone is welcome to add ideas to this, btw!

I think Lestat’s feelings about someone getting his name tattooed on their body would be in line with Trent Reznor’s, re: whether he would want that. (screencap by @kindadriftingintotheabstract):
