Ah yeah! Stopped by my favourite charity shop today only to stumble upon this beaut in the section with English YA books (because vampires equal YA as we all know…) Of course I couldn’t leave it behind. I am dying at this graphic design. Amazing, incredible. (It’s The Vampire Lestat btw in case that wasn’t obvious from the wolf and Notre Dame lol)

LMAO also look at Anne, so young

Look what I found while grocery shopping earlier today ! Apparently Prince Lestat has just been published in French !? (I thought it was the case since like a year and a half but apparently not)
Aaaand the best part is, the local store decided to put it in the YA fictions, just between Percy Jackson and John Green’s books. I really don’t know what happened for them to make that decision (maybe they just read the first two pages and were like “Oh my god, 1st person narrator and that main protagonist bitching about everything, must be one of these post-apocalyptic teenager thing”. Anyway, I’m sure Lestat would appreciate.

~~~VC has infiltrated the YA section, it’s official!~~~
The Demon’s Deadline – Cover Reveal & FAQ
toricentanni:
Hey, I wrote a book! And thanks to its publisher, OddRocket, it has a cover. Want to see? DO YOU?
All right. Here it is:
It’s kind of bad ass, if I do say so myself. I love it! I especially love the lettering of the title and gritty style.
Some quick questions and answers about the book, in which I interview myself:
What’s It About?
This is not the official blurb, but The Demon’s Deadline is about 16-year-old Nicolette Sorrentino, who, after a near-fatal car accident, ends up working for a demon. I usually say it’s a story about a girl and her demon. The demon would probably not appreciate that phrasing. 😉 It’s Young Adult Urban Fantasy.
When Does It Come Out?
There’s no official release date yet but expect it early 2015. As soon as I have an official date, I will post that information here.
Is It Part of a Series?
It’s the first in a trilogy. But the good news is, the books will all be released about a month apart, so you won’t have to wait long for books two and three once you have book one. This is also why there’s no official release date yet.
Will It Be Available on [Insert eReader Here]?
Yes! OddRocket is a digital-only publisher, so it will only be available in digital format. But it will be available on most (all?) digital platforms and if you don’t have an ereader, you can get free apps for both the Kindle and Nook on your smartphone, computer, or tablet and read it that way.
If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to shoot me an ask.
So, what do you think?!*
*It’s my first book. I get one interrobanng and two winky faces. 😉
