It’s called the VC Directory. There are some very talented writers on there. Just create a tumblr RP account, and as long as you follow its rules, you can be part of the fun! You can shop for other VC RPers there, listed under VCdirectory.tumblr.com/rps.

Hope that helps :] The RPers on there might also know if there are other VC RP websites outside of tumblr. Some of them take RPing out to skype and/or simply texting.
