Dear Lestat, I suppose you would create a better alias than just one letter, but have you considered that an alias is merely a means of hiding behind a façade – and perhaps I’m tired of doing just that? That one letter is my initial. I would give you my first name, but I’ve been told that names hold power and I’m not sure I’m ready to give that up. By the way, are you familiar with ‘Il Principe’ by Machiavelli? I figure it would come in handy when socializing in certain circles. Sincerely, H.

//ooc; I’m going to have to stop this right here bc Lestat doesn’t want to address it all. You’re picking on him for gently picking on you for signing off w/ one initial bc that would have been Louis’ indicator that Lestat wasn’t sending himself anons bc Lestat comes up w/ these ridiculous aliases in canon, so we both just… cannot continue. There’s other Lestats to RP more realistically with 😛

(Also, I haven’t read that book, and I don’t know much about it, so my Lestat is sort of lost on that, too, when canon Lestat probably at least has thoughts on it.)
