“I want to smear you in green paint and spank you like a disobedient avocado” has to be the most hilariously non sexy pick up line that would work on me. I don’t know if it’s the painting, the spanking or the creaminess of the avocado that does it for me…

interviewed-the-vampire:

“I’ll say whatever you want as long as I can get in your guacahole after.”

So sharing this with you: my friends and I watched IWTV again for the millionth time and throughout the whole movie, I was giving commentary of this old fanfic that I wrote when I was 16 (I’m 25 now) revolving around the series and the movies and it made me want to write again. haha

That’s so adorable! And what a coincidence, I was watching it again with friends JUST LAST NIGHT.

Please do write again. And find that fic (to share it with the rest of the class ‘mkay?) It might be really nostalgic now ^u^

Great blog! Keep up the good work! … Did you see (I’m sure you did) that there’ll actually be a IWTV 20th anniversary Bluray?! Cannot wait.

Aww thank you *u*

Re: the 20th Anniversary Bluray, Yes! I am aware. Thank you for thinking of me though, bc I found out about Prince Lestat through Tumblr, soooo IF THERE IS ANY VC NEWS I WANNA BE INFORMED IMMEDIATEMENT. After all, part of the purpose of this blog is sharing VC News ^_____^

I doubt it will have any really good extras but one can still hope bc we deserve new cast interviews at the very least! There was so little of that on the original DVD ;A;

Speaking of VC News: AR was at ComicCon recently (July I think) which is suspicious… does she want to do a new graphic novel? Did anyone here see her, or know what she was doing there other than looking pretty and signing things?

The Demon’s Deadline – Cover Reveal & FAQ

toricentanni:

Hey, I wrote a book! And thanks to its publisher, OddRocket, it has a cover. Want to see? DO YOU?

All right. Here it is:

It’s kind of bad ass, if I do say so myself. I love it! I especially love the lettering of the title and gritty style.

Some quick questions and answers about the book, in which I interview myself:

What’s It About?

This is not the official blurb, but The Demon’s Deadline is about 16-year-old Nicolette Sorrentino, who, after a near-fatal car accident, ends up working for a demon. I usually say it’s a story about a girl and her demon. The demon would probably not appreciate that phrasing. 😉 It’s Young Adult Urban Fantasy.

When Does It Come Out?

There’s no official release date yet but expect it early 2015. As soon as I have an official date, I will post that information here.

Is It Part of a Series?

It’s the first in a trilogy. But the good news is, the books will all be released about a month apart, so you won’t have to wait long for books two and three once you have book one. This is also why there’s no official release date yet.

Will It Be Available on [Insert eReader Here]?

Yes! OddRocket is a digital-only publisher, so it will only be available in digital format. But it will be available on most (all?) digital platforms and if you don’t have an ereader, you can get free apps for both the Kindle and Nook on your smartphone, computer, or tablet and read it that way.

If you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to shoot me an ask.

So, what do you think?!*

*It’s my first book. I get one interrobanng and two winky faces. 😉

Derlaine, any chance you would consider making the Tom and Ben IWtV art into a poster for sale, somewhere? I NEED THIS ON MY WALL SO BADLY

derlaine:

Hi Corvicula! Oh I actually just printed a bunch for convention season but forgot to put them up on storenvy!! Here you go! I put up both text and non-text versions since my unscientific polling seemed to result in people liking both versions.

Here’s a picture I took of the prints, fresh out of the machine! I sent this picture to Reaper with a bunch of swearing in the text haha
