Back to the Anne Rice Vampire Chronicles-
I’m honored yet again to be asked to provide the poster artwork for the Anne Rice Vampire Lestat Fan Club’s 2015 Annual Halloween Ball – again this year with Anne Rice herself in attendance. This year, we went with something a little different. As Anne Rice has revived her beloved characters with the recent novel ‘The Prince Lestat’ and with more novels promised for the future, we had to rely on symbolism rather than clutter the image up with all of her beloved literary figures.
I repainted an old picture from 2015 (I’ll put a side-by-side version up eventually along with a speedpaint) – I also decided to reboot and improve Mesec’s appearence
