Sorry for the poor quality but this is the best I can get.
I’ve been spending too much time on other inktobers so I never got around to vamps in makeup, so have a few The Vampire Lestat concert outfits I was working with! I messed around with the classic vampire gothic style while still keeping the 80s fashion/hair prominent. I only imagine lestat at the concert with intense 80s makeup and big big hair, which I’m sure you can see here 😅 so I guess this is my contribution to inktober day 3 haha
That’s the thing that people keep forgetting: when the gothic romance novels first came out, they were pretty punk. They were very highly charged. They were sort of improper. They were bold and overt. For lack of a better analogy, they were like the Sex Pistols of that era.
