You can thank Dante Ferretti for the gorgeous set designs. I believe he was told to make the whole feel of it “like a funeral parlor,” and he was also inspired by old prints and the surreal environments of Italian artist Giovanni Battista Piranesi.
My story is similar. I was around that age, and had to sneak it. I saw the movie on VHS tape. That meant it had to be rewound each time. And they said it would lose quality over numbers of plays! I would pause it and try to draw the beautiful characters, too.

Seriously that’s impressive. I gotta say, I work in NYC near one of the Avengers locations; I pass the front of Grand Central train station on a regular basis, and I always pause to look up at the station, and the MetLife building behind it bc THAT’S STARK TOWER.

Yes, Claudia is more of a monster then Louis is comfortable with.
Yes, Louis has always seen Claudia as a daughter that its difficult to see her as anything but.
The fact is that Louis would do anything for her even if she’s a monster but he knew that even with a child’s body. Louis could never be so naive to not see that and if he didn’t he saw it when he read the evidence from Claudia’s diary. That didn’t stop him from loving her and wanting to see her again.
I’m not saying we would be alright with the relationship at first. Upon seeing her in such a form would stir many feeling in both of them but he wouldn’t be able to turn her away. Claudia sees it as something he could grow into.
Naturally they would become companions once more and in this form he wouldn’t be able to help looking at her a bit differently. Everyone’s problem is that they know Claudia is more then an adult but in a child’s form they ignore that fact and care on with things as they wish. In a adults body they would be force to see her as she is.
Louis would still love her, he couldn’t not.
He might have been in a relationship with Lestat at the time of her being around but we all know that his relationship with Claudia was more important due to him letting Claudia kill Lestat. Plus when Lestat went after them later on Louis once again aided in helping destroy Lestat and defended Claudia.
