mmkay, so I drew this like a year ago lightly based off this one post I made awhile back—obvi (or maybe not so obvi, not sure!), it’s cis-swapped Lestat and Louis featuring some crappy symbolism bc louis was no damn angel before lestat turned him, but still, it was what I was feeling at the time~

Also, the fic series recommended to me in that post (by anton-mordrid, called To Die as Lovers May) is very thoughtfully written, drama-filled as our vampires are known to be, and an engaging read, if it’s your cup of tea! Although, it does contain triggering content, so please proceed with caution and read the tags if you haven’t read it and would like to. I enjoyed it especially! I love seeing this trope be experimented with ❤

posting this because I found it rotting and forgotten in some sketch-box I have, and because I haven’t posted any art since inktober ended c:

HOOO MY GOD, GOD DID NOT HELP ME, But it was completed the 25th and it has ink ssooooo xD

i even made sure to take pics where the glitter kinda shows~

Louis as Belle in the blue dress bc that’s classic Belle, imo. Lestat as Rapunzel bc that hair tho. And lastly, my favorite, Armand as Ariel with a blender to add to his collection. He will soon go to the evil witch Marius to ask for humanity so that he may terrorize the human twink: Daniel. It probs should’ve been vice versa, but Armand + Blenders = <333.

In retrospect, I don’t think my initiation ceremony was exactly standard or approved of by the other members of the frat. All Lestat and I did was take body shots off one another and sleep in the same bed.

Interview with the Frat Boy, by the_corinthian; Ch. 2.

I’m not sure if the author of this marvelous piece has a Tumblr, but credit to them!! I hope it’s all right that I drew this. It’s just such a beautiful fic, imo. I mean, the gang as asshole frat boys?? Sign me the frick up, any day. Besides, it’s relevant to my rl rn, mhmm. Really, it’s just, wo w.

Also, not ink completely again, but there’s sparkly pink ink on there!

here, have some more IWTFB (hehe) doodles. lmao i need sleep y’know.

InktoberVC—Day 22: A fanfic scene!

@hyperbeeb wasn’t this yours or am I mixing stuff up?

I think it is @hyperbeeb and it’s ridiculous silly fic, old-school style. Highly recommend!

13bels:

uh tbh im not like coherent at all rn but here’s the birb aliens not knowing what to do with a lil kapetria or whatever her name is, one drawing eyebrows on them bc i drew them w/o eyebrows, eating, and like leslut making out with one so

InktoberVC—Day 06: The birb aliens!

I took him in my arms, oh, so cold, so unyielding, this monster which I had made out of human flesh.” Lestat—The Tale of the Body Thief.

(psst, so sry for being a flake and missing the last two days! but y’know, classes.)

Ever since I read George Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion,” I became interested in that whole Pygmalion and Galatea Greek myth. In case anyone doesn’t know—the story is about a sculptor and how he fashions a statue of his ideal woman because he finds all real women repulsive. He ends up enamored with his creation, and prays to Aphrodite to breathe life into her; she does so, only to get him to shut up. They live happily ever after.

Anyway, whenever I think about the myth, I refuse to believe Galatea (the statue) was content to just be so complacent. It’s why I drew Louis’ face so disturbed. Just my take on it! Also, whenever I think about that quote ^^ up there, it just brings to mind the story.

Most definitely not ink, but my pens need a break and I miss my pencil! But, there is ink there, so, technically, yes—inktober.

Louis and Lestat stargazing, because this one scene in Queen of the Damned as narrated by Lestat never fails to hurt me— it’s actually very easy to hurt me but

“When [Louis] saw the stars, I felt him tense against me; his face was perfectly smooth and serene; and if he was weeping the wind was carrying it away. Whatever fear he’d felt was gone now, utterly; he was lost as he looked upward; as the dome of heaven came down around us, and the moon shone full on the endless thickening plain of whiteness below.”
