Forwarding from one of my anons: “Where can I sell my soul to join team Armand?”
I am afraid souls are an invalid currency, but for everything else, there’s Mastercard and an offering of incriminating blackmail material?
What was it like making love with Daniel the first time after he was turned?
It was altogether new and yet incredibly familiar. I had lost the touch of his thoughts, the unspoken flow of love and desire, but had gained the way that the blood flowed between us and the communication that came with that. The confidence with which we could now touch each other was new, because there was no danger now that I might harm him through inattention, yet all of our knowledge of each other on an intimate level still remained. His new strength and heightened senses made the experience completely unique, allowing us to pull responses from one another that neither of us had displayed previously. It was a night for revelations.
The way that his fangs broke into my bare skin that first time was and remains one of the most intoxicating, heady sensations I have ever experienced. Take from that what you will.
I’ve been browsing your blog for awhile and I’ve been wondering, do you have any art of how you picture Armand from The Vampire Chronicles?
here u go
We’re made of star stuff.
Daniel,There are a thousand methodologies of what it means to be broken and lost. As though there is a step by step guide, only waiting for us to notice the cracks…

The Art of the Vampire at its Peak in the year 1876: Armand’s Lesson
Printed in Playboy magazine, January 1979, By Anne Rice
The book “Interview with the Vampire” as published form represents only a portion of the tapes of that interview made by the reporter. Louis told the young man much that was not included, particularly with regard to the master vampire, Armand, whom he had met in Paris. One tale was Armand’s account of his methods of seduction; that is, the art of the vampire at its peak in the year 1876.
(Someone kill me, this is one of the sexiest things I’ve ever read, and I just keep thinking of Louis retelling this to Daniel and GODDAMN).
ooc; I love how Armand calls himself Gentleman Death in this. What a Lestat poser.
I love this though, and somehow always forget it exists.
It also pleases me that it goes along with my headcanon that there were things Louis told Daniel that didn’t get put in the book.
specialized bindings with spikes in the interior to spill blood of drained vampires if they tried to feed and rejuvenate. Has anyone thought of that yet.

(^from delfepryanichek’s idea)

EDIT: obsessional-ram added: Yes I am sick, lestat. But I dont use these ideas to hurt ppl so give me a gold star. And Armand dont be getting new ideas im not thinking about a cactus roller. And being human is hard enough being undead prob sux harder by fifty times fifty
I haven’t seen anything like that in canon, or fic, or discussion… there are body parts detached/reattached in the series, though. Who knows what kinds of torture the Children of Darkness subjected those vampires that were being punished, other than simple solitary confinement?
Vampires feel pain like no other creature. You have a pretty unique and gruesome idea there, obsessional-ram. Write us some horrific fic!

armandromanus-deactivated201601:
[I heard that there is a place under Les Innocents where you can sell your soul to the beautiful red-haired demon, if you have a soul, of course. Or you can come to me and I’ll introduce you to Satan if I manage to make a connection, it’s been five years since I sold my soul to them so it might be a little difficult to find him now. You’re free to contact other cult members, a lot of people have sold their souls to join team Armand and I recommend it immensely.
Or just contact Anne Rice, she is the supreme life-ruiner and I’m sure she’d be happy to have your soul, I’ve heard she feeds off readers’ souls.
