Hi! I star reading the vc a month ago and i wanted to know how armand looks like (because i know for sure he doesnt look like antonio banderas oh god no) I mean what will be an accurate description of him. Sorry my english sucks

Well, he’s described in the books, so you’ll get to that eventually… alot of the VC RPers have better descriptions in their writeups than I could give here, but basically:

“His outward appearance is that of a beautiful adolescent boy, small, with reddish-brown locks, soft brown eyes and slender fingers. His features are at times compared figuratively to those of Cupid or a Botticelli angel… [he] was 17 years old at the time of his transformation.”

Nostalgia has partially unfailed this casting for me, after all, I think they needed someone who would be more of a paternal/father figure (as compared to Lestat) for Louis, and a 17 yr old Botticelli angel might not have had that gravitas for viewers who hadn’t read the book.

The Squickiest scene in the whole series. And 50% of the squick is the fact that poor David and Armand are just standing there watching it happen. It IS blood, after all.
