30 Day Vampire Chronicles Challenge

Day 11: Least favorite character?

image

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

no

I’m not answering this. I can’t answer this. I’ve read the first three books and TVA, and honestly I’m too busy sorting out how much of the characterization in any of those I want to accept, and how much is AR’s terrible descent into OOC-ness. There are some characters I just do not care about, but there are other people on here who do and I’m not about to shit on their favorites without having read the whole series thoroughly.

Therefore I pick Anne Rice as my least favorite character.

THIS IS FUCKING BRILLIANT.

#this is brilliant
#anne rice is my least favourite character too

AGREED

What is it like to hunt with Lestat?

A wide smirk slipped onto her lips at his question as she brushed a golden curl behind her ear. “Like no other. There’s nothing better then a hunt with Lestat. We both enjoy the thrill and taste of blood and were we’re together it seems enhanced. And the more we drink the more we crave and the better things get.”

Is this Real? Lisa Hall, Practical Magic soundtrack.

“Twisted… /And I know, yes I know, but is this real?/ And I know, yes I know, but is this real?/Is this real?/Twisted this feeling/Flesh, blood, bone, love…”

“I saw that he was no ordinary man at all. His gray eyes burned with an incandescence, and the long white hands which hung by his sides were not those of a human being….you must realize that all this time the vampire Lestat was extraordinary. He was no more human to me than a biblical angel.” – Louis de Pointe du Lac, Interview with the Vampire

She was simply unlike Lestat and me to such an extent that I couldn’t comprehend her; for little child she was, but also fierce killer capable of the ruthless pursuit of blood with all a child’s demanding.

Have you ever done a drawing of Gabrielle? If not, is it too much to request one? Your art is just lovely!

Thank you very much! To be completely honest this is my first time drawing any of the Vampire Chronicles characters haha (with the except of Armand I have a couple of doodles of him lying around in my sketchbooks somewhere)

Hopefully this is good enough for a first attempt?
