Hello :) Do you know about the german musical ‘Tanz der Vampire’? It’s a musical based on the movie ‘The fearless vampire killers’ from 1967 and it’s amazing. There is a complete version on YT with subtitles. Also Drew Sarich – the singer who played Armand in the musical Lestat – played the lead vampire role for a while. There also was an american version of it which was very different from the original and didn’t play for long. If interested, go listen to the soundtrack it’s so good :P

I have heard of Tanz der Vampire, haven’t seen it yet. There’s a Lestat RPer, @askthebratprince, who uses the main vampire

(Herbert I think?) as their FC bc the resemblance is uncanny, lol.

Wow, yes, I knew Drew Sarich was in Lestat the Musical but I didn’t know he was also in TdV.

Hi Auntie Jilli! I’m a TA for a Vampire Literature class at my college, and since finals are almost here, I wanted to make the kids a playlist of music about vampires to listen to while writing their papers. I’ve wracked my brain and only been able to come up with a scant few, though–do you have any recommendations? Things that your average grown-up-2007-emo-scene-queen might not know?
