Yes I just saw it recently, I looooooved it! Cannot wait to get it on DVD bc there are supposedly lots of great extras TuT

There was a Q&A after the screening I went to so of course I had to ask ~~on behalf of the fandom not bc I am a crazy person~~ if the VC was an influence for their vampires, and they sort of brushed it off, they said only that their costume designer was influenced by IWTV. The sets had similar coloring! and there were other similarities! but at any rate They said that the Lost Boys was their biggest influence.

BUT THERE IS A SCENE that we both know is very reminiscent of a particular scene in IWTV. Which the WWDitS guys said was their favorite to film, and it was one of the most expensive to shoot.
