“Interview with a Vampire travels through time so I got the opportunity to dress Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in many different looks but this costume is pretty much accurate for the 18th century period. Toms character Lestat was meant to be handsome and charismatic so I always dressed him expensively and up-to-date. This shirt is particularly voluminous to give an air of romanticisim.”
After seeing your lovely drawing of lestat and louis I just had to watch the film and well it was amazing and I’m reading the books now, so thank you for helping me discover something awesome!
This is best!!! I’m so glad you liked it! The whole book series is straight up fabulous, and Anne Rice who writes them is such a sassy lady! Yikes I’m just so excited because I literally haven’t fan-girled over the Vampire Chronicles for YEARS.
