So I love this still for alot of reasons but let’s just point out here:

Claudia was clearly waiting in his room for him to return. Just LURKING THERE, tucked right near the bed, and he actually passes her by, doesn’t notice that she’s in the room at all, either because she is so still, or because he is that broken by what happened in their last scene together.
The classic blood dripping from the vampire’s mouth, which would ordinarily look kinda cliche, makes it almost look like he’s taken a hit to the face.
He’s also got blood near his collar and on his sleeve. This was a messy meal.
I think this would have been the scene after he kills the priest, which was in the script and the book, but I doubt it was filmed.

An IWTV Drinking Game! A brilliant idea. I’d even suggest adding in some audience participation, as in Rocky Horror. For now, here are your Rules:

Drink whenever Louis refuses to do so.
Drink whenever Louis is shown on his back. (THERE ARE SO MANY TIMES)
Drink whenever anyone touches Louis’s hair.
Drink whenever Lestat goes from Calm to ROYALLY Pissed in 0.5 seconds.
Drink whenever Louis sets something on fire.
One shot for every Dark Gift scene.
Drink for every on-screen dead body that Claudia is responsible for (not the whole family scene tho!).
Drink whenever Louis smiles (it’s rare, but it happens).

I put those Rules up above the cut bc I’m not aware of any movie!IWTV Drinking Game… but my Rules are great *u* I’ve seen that movie enough times to know that would make for a decently drunken end to a rewatch. More Rules would be better, so I’ll try to come up with some more… and audience participation would be even better!

A gloriously talented person (who is also here on tumblr) culled together a hilarious VC drinking game from fandom suggestions, but that was for the books!VC. I’ll ask that person if they want to share that.
