I DO do bump ppl and share shoutouts occasionally, of course… I try to have wide open arms and not play favorites sometimes more successfully than at other times but u should all know that the whole VC fandom is cherished in my heart (maybe not the PotP so much), you guys make this fun and worth doing for me, too ;u;

From Armand’s POV, post-QotD. Early morning (probably at Night Island) by the fireplace, Armand and Daniel share a moment together by the fireside. Daniel wants to know why Armand insists on learning about technology, and has other questions.
Basically: mostly Armand/Daniel fluff/angst with light sexytimes for dessert!
This is an archival account set up for fic author “orleans.” She has long since disappeared into the great unknown space of RL, but we who have permission to upload her works are doing so to preserve them for the VC fandom. Enjoy her works!

There was a Q&A after the screening I went to so of course I had to ask on behalf of the fandom not bc I am a crazy person if the VC was an influence for their vampires, and they sort of brushed it off, they said only that their costume designer was influenced by IWTV. The sets had similar coloring! and there were other similarities! but at any rate They said that the Lost Boys was their biggest influence.
BUT THERE IS A SCENE that we both know is very reminiscent of a particular scene in IWTV. Which the WWDitS guys said was their favorite to film, and it was one of the most expensive to shoot.

Unless it’s taken down by certain offended copyright holders, in which case, I would probably set up another blog explaining what happened.

So I had a similar reaction when I found the VC fandom finally, after YEARS of searching for it. I was 11 when I read IWTV and that was back when there was a war on fanfic, so the VC fandom was all scattered and hard to find. I gave up for years.
When I started this tumblr I don’t remember there being too many VC blogs, and only a few RPers. It’s so wonderful to have watched it grow and be part of it, even better that people in other fandoms have a taste for our brand of crazy, too ❤
