Nicolas baffles me. I have no qualms with him nor a particular interest in him. It bothers me that he seems to view me as his replacement and insists on fighting me constantly. I do not care that Lestat loves him—Lestat loves many. I feel as though if he were to let go of his bitterness we might become friends.
ooc; Yeah, I dunno where to start. You mean a ton to me and have very quickly become an important person in my life. I always enjoy our conversations and look forward to talking to you. I feel like I can be myself around you without being judged and it means more than you or anyone else could possibly imagine. I feel a sense of belonging with you and that’s something I rarely feel with people. You’re a genuinely good person who cares deeply for others and you try to bring people together. And you’re super honest, which also means a whole lot to me. I WORRY THIS WILL COME OFF CLINGY OR CREEPY LOL. I’m really looking forward to New Orleans with you and everyone in the fall.

I do not know where to begin.
I love and loathe Lestat. I suppose I should say that he became the world for me in my twenty-fifth year, that I loved him the moment he appeared at my bedside. I spent the next sixty-some years fighting that emotion, arguing with him yet submitting more often than I’d preferred. Six decades and I had not come to terms with my own feelings for him, of which I hated. I despised all that he hid from me, the knowledge withheld, and yet as I have stated before, his charm is overwhelming. It took the littlest action to have me in his arms.
I believed for many years that he had perished by my hand in the theatre. Armand, ever eager to have me, lead me to believe such and I never questioned—humorous, because I did nothing but press Lestat with my curiosities. A combination of Lestat’s demise (in my mind) along with Claudia’s left me detached, and for a century, I merely existed, wandering about the world with Armand beside me, and then alone.
Lestat’s music roused me, and upon seeing him once more, I felt as though I had resumed living. And yet the two decades following were more difficult than not.
I worry for him constantly.

I reached 200 the other day and never posted anything, but I am really thankful for each and every one of you. I think of you all as either an actor/actress or a member of the audience in my little theatre (that Louis fucking burned down, but I guess that’s besides the point). I guess this is a follow forever post? I’m not sure. It’s something, but mostly it’s a thank you. “Logos” of the tumblr users in my follow forever, but in a “font/typeface” that I feel suits them? I don’t know… let’s see how this goes. Honestly, there are so many more people I wanted to do, so if your name isn’t here, just pop me a message and I’ll make one. Totally willing to do one for any one of my followers, because I appreciate each and every one of you. OH! And, if any of you want to know the names of the fonts used, you can ask me about that too, and I will link you to it. Seriously. 🙂
Actually, there seems to be a few steps missing from this ‘guide’. I don’t want to mislead my fans into thinking they can achieve proper Lestatism in less than ten steps.

Fall in love with (almost) anyone who seems even remotely interesting…. except for Armand.
Remember to visit Louis at least once or twice every few years or so, less he start whining loud enough for you to hear it.
(Actually pretend youre not obsessed with Armand by saying you love everyone but him)
1. What they smell like: Leather, coffee and cigarettes with a hint of vanilla and raspberry because of his shampoo and conditioner.
2. How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): Either face down with his arm curled under his head under the pillow or in the fetal position
3. What music they enjoy: Classical music and mostly songs he hears here and there.
4. How much time they spend getting ready every morning: twenty minutes to two hours if he’s being picky about what he wants to wear and tries on five different outfits.
5. Their favorite thing to collect: instruments, mainly strings and pianos. Or he collects sheet music. He also enjoys small rocks found on the beach filling up clear vases with them and setting them around his home. //exes// How dare you mun I do no such thing
6. Left or right-handed: ambidextrous
7. Religion (if any): ….
8. Favorite sport: ….Hunting
9. Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling: sightseeing under the stars.
10. Favorite kind of weather: Prefers when the air just begins to have a slight chill to it. Rain makes him reflect, and he hates being cold, though will still venture outside to watch the snow fall and then complain about how cold it is.

I created this account back in the spring of 2012 and never could have predicted that this roleplay blog would become my baby, to be honest. I was such a n00b to Vampire Chronicles (I admittedly only read Interview with the Vampire in March of 2012 by the suggestion of a good friend, hannibella) and was so intimidated omg. ;; BUT ALAS, two years later I’ve finally hit my favorite goofy milestone. It’s been very fun and I truly think this roleplay community (and fandom in general) is absolutely wonderful.

All websites containing media that refers to or is owned by a company that hasn’t given its permission for the media to be displayed can and will be shut down. This means sites such as Tumblr, Wattpad, Pinterist, fanfiction.com.
People who post such media can and will be fined, with a maximum sentence of five years in prison. This includes, but is not limited to, people who own/post the following: fanfiction, fan art, roleplay blogs, fan blogs/accounts and movie streaming sites.
“The legislation would allow copyright holders and the Justice Department to seek court orders against websites associated with copyright infringement. SOPA, the House version, applies to both domestic and foreign websites, while PIPA targets foreign websites. If that court order is granted, the entire website would be taken down. Internet users who typed in the site’s URL address would receive an error message, and for all appearances, the site would never have existed. Importantly, the court does not need to hear a defense from the actual website before issuing its ruling. The entire website can be condemned without a trial or even a traditional court hearing.”
