(I had a REALLY hard time drawing a poor rat being killed ): that’s why it looks like amuppet. Google images is awful, never look up “rats” on it. I love animals and it was too much.)
Never forget that Lestat risked exposure of some kind, in front of the men he was with after buying things for family, to quickly and frighteningly examine a rat’s little feet.
“Secret of the Devil’s Bayou” is my recent 12″ by 12″ painting inspired by favorite childhood film “The Rescuers”! This piece is available through Gallery 1988 West now from their pop culture themed show “Crazy 4 Cult”. Ok, I’ll say it, low key felt this way a little bit when I found out you had already seen my IwtV/VC rage comic before I found your blog. >>; Many warms, much fuzzies.
Oh gosh, that’s so sweet! I love your fanart, and this is a great excuse to repost it, it is a fandom classic ❤ I saw it before I HAD a tumblr, it was saved in my own collection, and it’s this sense of humor that inspired me to start a tumblr at all! *hugs*
That’s so sweet of you (I’m very touched!), that you were worried about me bc I wasn’t posting! Rest assured, I have a big queue, so if this blargh ever stops posting… then you can worry.
Save anything you want from me though, bc I worry about this current administration in the US and whether it will have an impact on net neutrality. There might come a day night in which Lestat making a nice fresh glass of rat blood for his very picky eater of a fledgling could be considered inappropriate *cries*
Anyway, I appreciate the heck out of you all… but I don’t mind losing followers. It happens, I don’t take it personally. If you don’t want to see my posts in your dash, Unfollow me for awhile, or permanently, it’s totes fine. If I lost all my followers tomorrow, I’d still be doing my thing, but I had no idea that having followers would make this so much more fun ❤
